- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Do not ever want to return here. The staff at the front desk are RUDE! Not to mention, gossipy in front of the Dr.Matthews' clients and potential clients. I was a potential client and he lost me due to the ignorant and rude nature of the 3 women working at the front desk. 3+ people walked in and the clients said hi how are you to the staff at the desk and not one of them said hello or acknowledged them. A guy sitting waiting for 40 mins was finally greeted and told to sit back down after I asked him how long he was waiting for. Then for an initial consultation I was charged $80 for a not even 10 minute consultation. What a money grab! Caught me with my pants down. Shame on me. I will not be giving my money to those people to help pay their bills. I'll find another surgeon. So unwelcoming there, and the ladies' are cold. They were also talking over me so I couldn't get a word in edge wise. So unprofessional. Don't go here, find another Dr with pleasant working staff who will make you feel welcome.
